- Lead development of strategic planning for digital deliverables for the Healthcare clients.
- Work with agency internal partners and clients to provide the best in class strategy to deliver messages via digital channels.
- Mentor and advocate internal teams on the best practices and current trends.
- Design creative approaches to solving problems and gathering insights that lead to compelling ideas.
- Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from planning through presentation.
- Identify & manage internal and external digital resources and vendors.
- Subject matter expertise in Analytics, SEO, Content, Technology and Marketing Automation all welcome!
- 5+ years of digital strategy experience at an advertising/marketing agency; preferable in the healthcare/pharma category.
- Experience in developing digital cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to present complex information in a concise and client presentable way is required.
- Ability to put together useful insights and presentations required.
- Passion for digital, mentoring and current trends.
- Must be able to present to all levels of an organization in a clear and concise way.
