Position Title: Mativ Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Development Program

The Rotational Development Program at Mativ is a 2-year program that develops individuals by providing work assignments in multiple areas across the Supply Chain and Operations functions. The program accelerates the development of recent college graduates through mentorship, training, and stretch assignments that prepare them for roles at Mativ. Participants will gain in-depth understanding and knowledge of Mativ’s products, markets, processes, operations, and customer base.    

     

     

Program Objectives    

The Rotational Development Program provides participants with exposure to different facets of the business, our products, and customers to prepare them for leadership roles and responsibilities upon completion of the program.     

     

In addition, the Rotational Development Program aims to:     

  • Provide realistic job previews and functional exposure within Supply Chain and Operations
  • Challenge high-potential participants with stretch assignments, which accelerates development.
  • Allow participants to contribute to the company’s strategic vision through value adding assignments.

     

     

Program Structure     

While in the two-year program, RDP participants will move through four roles in two locations. Our goal is to provide participants with an opportunity to gain in-depth understanding as to the day-to-day operations of the position, work on projects that are value add, and develop relationships with peers and leadership at the site. Assignments are established based on prior experience, education, participant preference, and business need.    

     

     

POSSIBLE ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE ROLES IN: Manufacturing, Materials, Procurement, Planning, Operational Excellence (OPEX), Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain.    

    
   
qualifications:    

     

  • Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree from a 4- ear Program in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related field before program start.
  • Seeking to learn and practice the trade of a technical manufacturing business through a fast- paced, high energy, dynamic position.
  • 0-2 years of full time or part time work or internship experience highly preferred.
  • Qualified candidates must have a proven record of commitment, ambition and drove toward establishing and achieving goals.
  • Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team and have demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • RDP participants will complete their 4 rotations in two separate locations and must be able to relocate within the continental United States
