Position Title: HR Integration Architect  

Location: Alpharetta, GA

As an HR Integration Architect at Mativ, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing complex HR software and system integration solutions, ensuring technology deliveries are aligned with business goals and objectives. You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives, and then leverage your expertise in to architect and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.    

   

Responsibilities:  

  • The HR Integration Architect will manage the implementation of the Success Factors platform across the business.
  • The role will also be leading design of overall architecture, interfaces, testing plans, and test scripts, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements while applying common best practices.
  • Support the functional configuration and implementation/deployment of Success Factors with multiple ERP’s like SAP, Oracle, Infor etc.
  • This role will require in-depth knowledge and experience in Success Factors HR platform.
  • Experienced in building test cases for the functional requirements and experience in configuration.
  • Creating and translating Business Functional Requirements into Technical Requirements and Solution
  • Development, leading team in identifying dependencies, integrations, and configuration requirements.
  • Create and maintain high-level and detailed architecture documentation and diagrams for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluate new integration tools and techniques, and recommend improvements to existing system integration processes and solutions. 

   

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting large complex Success Factors HR configuration experience.
  • Experience with Success Factors, and integration with other ERP’s.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
