Schneider Geospatial’s Product Migration Managerwill lead a project effort to migrate acquired clients to the latest updated versions of Schneider Geospatial’s SaaS productsThe Product Migration Manager will manage a team of Product Migration Specialists and will work closely with client contacts to ensure a smooth and timely transition. 

Schneider Geospatial is a National leader in providing GovTech solutions to state and local governments The Product Migration Manager will have a key role in the expansion of our Beacon, and other land records solutions, during this phase of our business growth.

  • Direct engagement with client organizations and their users to understand their processes and integrate our software solutions to improve those processes. 
  • Be on the frontlines of modernizing government organizations with advanced software technologies. 
  • Work on small teams with an entrepreneurial attitude. 

Responsibilities 

  • Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and effectively implement our solutions. 
  • Establish and manage client expectations related to the solution(s) being implemented. 
  • Coordination with third parties such as CAMA and Tax System providers to ensure a successful implementation. 
  • Regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of project status and any needs are being addressed. 
  • Remote and/or on-site installation, configuration, and testing of the solution(s) being implemented. 
  • Quality review and testing of product solutions after they have been configured by the Product Migration team. 
  • Development of documentation and other reference materials (as needed) to be used for training, and support. 
  • Train clients on how to use their Schneider Geospatial software products. 
  • Good communication, enunciation, and grammar skills (in the English language) are highly important. 

Qualifications 

  • BA/BS or Certificate in Project Management, MIS, Computer Science, Database Administration, GIS, Geography, or a related field; or a relevant combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience leading teams and working with clients in a technical project management or consulting role is preferred. 
  • Experience with local government (county and municipal) operations, especially pertaining to real estate property assessment and taxation, permitting, infrastructure, and asset management. 
  • Experience with Schneider Geospatial’s software products, particularly Beacon or qPublic.net, is a strong plus. 
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) is a plus.
