Product Migration Specialist - Implementation Team 
Schneider Geospatial is excited to welcome a Product Migration Specialist to our Implementation team. This role focuses on configuring and deploying SaaS products and updates for acquired clients and will be on the frontlines of modernizing government organizations with advanced software technologies. As part of a team of product migration specialists, you’ll help ensure smooth client experiences and contribute to the ongoing success of our platforms.

What You'll Do 
  • Configuration and deployment of SaaS products and updates for acquired clients.  
  • Analysis of client data sources and quality review of data content for products and services.  
  • Regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of project status and any needs are being addressed.  
  • Remote and/or on-site installation, configuration, and testing of the implemented solution (s).  
  • Development of documentation and other reference materials (as needed) for training and support.  
  • Train clients on how to use their Schneider Geospatial software products.  
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who are self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
 
Required Skills: 
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand problem statements quickly and clearly.
  • Foundational experience with .NET web development (C# or VB).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Ability to write simple scripts (e.g., Python).
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and analytical skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to work on a team collaboratively and individually as dictated by the cases you will support.
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience with local government operations.
  • Exposure to GIS, especially ESRI ArcGIS products.
  • Experience working with real property appraisal, CAMA, or property tax systems.
Education & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, management information systems, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
