This position will lead and support the sales of the Schneider Electric Partner Retail US line of business for the North/East Sales Region.

  • Create and execute sales plans for the region to achieve sales and growth objectives for the line of business.
  • Execute the Partner Retail Playbook to help achieve sales and growth goals.
  • Proficient and effective in converting accounts to help achieve goals of the business.
  • Ability to effectively cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Implement and execute the launch of new offers to ensure goals are met.
  • Assist with gathering voice of customer input to help continuously improve our offer.
  • Work with sales to meet or exceed margin expectations.
  • Actively engage with pricing team and in price increase discussions to help the sales team implement price changes.
  • Assist in defining offer gaps and work with the offer team to close those gaps.
  • Lead product training sessions for the area sales teams and the wholesale channel for the Partner Retail offer.
  • Act as the technical interface between sales and the Schneider Electric offer and technical support teams.
  • Work with all entities across the electrical construction industry, sales, marketing, consulting engineers, electrical inspectors, builders, developers, and installers to enhance brand loyalty.




Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Marketing, Management, Business Administration, and 5 years of with related field experience working with electrical contractors and the electrical distribution channel. Approximately 50% domestic travel, to Schneider Electric locations and customer sites is likely required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within all levels of organizations, both internally and externally. Must possess the ability to assess problems as well as opportunities, develop cross-functional improvement plans to grow revenues and profits, and drive outstanding performance through tactical hands-on leadership concerning the Partner Retail line of business.
