What do you get to do in this position?

Are you a seasoned scrum master with a background in supply chain logistics? If so, we need your help to manage the development and deployment of our technology solutions. With your expertise and proven leadership skills, alongside a high-functioning team, you will work with a product owner to prioritize, manage, and deliver the work on hand.

In this role, you'll leverage your ability to think critically and problem-solve, ensuring the team is delivering the most value in the least amount of time for our business partners and customers.

As our Schneider Digital Logistics Scrum Master for our North America (NAM) region, you'll:

  • Lead a team of Supply Chain Logistics business analysts and developers
  • Oversee activities and deliverables for the team - requirements, data model, design, implementation, QA, validation of programming code and products
  • Facilitate ceremonies - daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retros & demos
  • Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team
  • Shape team behavior through excellent management via the agile method
  • Take responsibility for successful delivery & ensure milestones are reached & deadlines are met
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and product owners
  • Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders




Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or 10 years work experience
  • Requires a moderate to complex level of knowledge of supply chain logistics business processes
  • Hands on experience with JIRA as an agile tool
  • Minimum 2 years of previous Agile Coaching or Scrum Master experience
  • Deep knowledge of all scrum roles and scrum ceremonies.
  • Agile Certification (preferred), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Agile Coach (PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC).
