RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)

+ Review the completeness and accuracy of various forms and supporting documents that an applicant is required to present at the consulate during his/her immigrant visa interview.
+ Follow up of the invoices of all International Mobility related costs (removal / visas)
+ Liaise with removal companies  
+ Assist the team with all administrative follow up (update of excel doc / assignment letters issuance) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Able to work efficiently in English

Good practice of Excel

 3 years of experience in a similar role
BAC+3 in HR
