Compensation and Benefits Advisor
(fulltime or Part-time, Schiedam)
In the role of Compensation & Benefits Advisor you are responsible for administering all compensation and benefits transactional matters, time and attendance and issuing HR reporting for all NL entities.
The NL HR organization is based in Schiedam and Amsterdam (Schiphol). These locations share an organization of administrative and support functions. The NL HR organization is primarily serving employees on matters of Human Resources and Office Facilities such as Payroll, Training & Development, Mobility and Talent Acquisition

Handle compensation & benefits matters: administer Jubilee and Retirement payments and accrual, administer and follow up on all employee benefits, prepare purchase order and follow up on compensation and benefits related costs, provide employer statements, be the focal point for company credit cards, coordinate Lease Cars from HR perspective;
Other duties include;
To act as focal point for Illness and Insurances, Administer; time & attendance topics, retirement and pension matters. Issuing full HR reporting to assist on providing the NL HR Directors and HR Managers, Works Council their monthly, quarterly and ad hoc HR reports, assist on providing all applicable Finance departments their monthly, quarterly and ad hoc costs, reports including quarterly provisions such as holidays, jubilee awards, retirement premiums.
- Experience in the HR field, preferably in Payroll or Compensation & benefits matters;
- Preferably knowledge of payroll process;
- Good level in English, both verbally and written;
- Good Excel skills;
- Knowledge of SAP Succesfactors is a nice to have;
- Team player;
- Analytical minded;
- Very organized, accurate, conscientious and rigorous;
- Respect of confidentiality of all information, diplomatic;
- Able to manage working with deadlines;
- Proactive approach;
