Talent Acquisition Analyst

SBM is searching for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their team! As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage the programmatic system to post jobs, manage budgets for positions (boosts), and Jobvite management. You will also maintain and update individual recruiter reports, operations reports, corporate reports, and MIT reports and build a comprehensive Recruiting dashboard. Additionally, you will manage all vendor relationships, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayard, Smartsheet, and potentially new vendors like Shaker and Jobvite features like innovative text and signatures instead of DocuSign.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the programmatic system for posting jobs and managing budgets for positions (boosts)
- Manage and maintain the Jobvite system, including new offer letter imports
- Maintain and update individual recruiter reports, operations reports, corporate reports, and MIT reports
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics, such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios
- Manage all vendor relationships, including Jobvite, LinkedIn, Indeed, Smartsheet, Shaker and any potential new vendors.
- Project management for process improvements, including approval master per vertical, HR, and Finance approver, promotion form to make recruiters' lives easier, JD cleanup to integrate our internal JDS into the current ATS system, further development of the new hire survey into one that is thorough, and assistance with HRIS promotion integration
- Manage the Master recruiting doc, including approvers, staffing specialists, essential links, and process updates
- Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and key metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
- Keep Recruiter/HM recruiting guides updated
- Oversee the management of credit card expenses and allocations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and submitted on a monthly basis.
- Develop and manage a system for closer management of hires, including sources per hire to better allocate our budget for postings
- Provide any additional reporting as requested (e.g., all open reqs, all recruiter activities, etc.)
- Conduct regular analysis of recruiting data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices
- Serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment operations and guide other members of the team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience with Jobvite or ATS preferred.
- Experience with complex reporting, vendor management and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in recruitment operations or a related field
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Jobvite systems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong vendor management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Shift: Full Time
