NetSuite Administrator
Description
SBM is looking for a NetSuite Systems Administrator to join our team! The NetSuite Administrator will work cross-functionally across the organization to scope, design, and implement creative solutions in our NetSuite system.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of data, ensuring system is maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Architect and implement configurations and customizations of NetSuite to solve business problems and give our teams the tools and information they need to be successful
- Test and implement new features and processes, onboard new employees, train users, and customize for scaling the growth of the business
- Provide on-going systems and technical support
- Build accurate reports, searches, and KPI’s as requested by users and management
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- Accurately document Netsuite processes
- Strong understanding of and ability to manage Netsuite order flows
- Provide Netsuite administration for both internal and external employees
- Troubleshoot and develop resolutions for streamlining automation flows
- Maintain NetSuite updates
- Strong understanding of Netsuite workflows and scripts
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for our NetSuite deployment, including fully documenting existing and new customizations, scripts, workflows, and defined business processes
- Confidently provide support and user training across departments
Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent in Accounting or Computer Science
- 5+ years’ experience working with Netsuite.
- Experience serving as primary technical administrator for a key enterprise application (CRM, ERP, etc.) or equivalent technical responsibility
- NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus.
- May be required to have a valid drivers’ license.
- Strong understanding of the accounting and financial modules within NetSuite
- Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
Compensation: $107,000 - $125,000 per year
