The Associate,  Business Production Support is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, implementing requests to update and create new collections work lists (queues). The incumbent will be responsible for ongoing monitoring to ensure accounts are placed in the proper work lists; as well as, identifying gaps and working to resolve them. S/he works closely with business leaders, strategy team and additional support groups to implement changes.  The Associate, Business Production Support supports business research requests to assist in in determining systems and processes or working as designed or identify defects and work to resolution.  Provides additional value to her/his clients by acting as a system administrator across systems.

Gathers, documents, maintains and communicates the list/queue changes and reasons for change.

Ability to perform impact analysis and track changes of list/queue requests that have been implemented

Complete and documents testing, peer reviews and post implementation review to ensure changes are properly implemented

Plans timelines and identifies resource needs to implement list/queue changes.

Provides input for procedure and process development and enhancements.

Defines list/queue requirements, completes user acceptance testing, and implements multiple strategic changes on a monthly or semi-monthly cadence.

Establishing success metrics and reporting mechanisms to track and ensure accounts are populating appropriate lists/queues.

Reviews research requests provided from business partners to identify defects, provides business with feedback

Works with business leaders to implement system controls that assist with compliance and mitigating risk

Monitors, communicates, and coordinates known defect fixes through implementation to ensure requirements are met and implemented successfully, escalates as needed

Coordination and validation of mass maintenance requests in partnership with technology and business resources

Owns and drives multiple concurrent issues to resolution in a fast-paced production environment

Acts as system administrator for multiple systems
