Campaign Automation Manager
Description
Develops and executes email, SMS, and automated marketing strategies and campaigns. Identifies and develops key insights into the business, the marketplace, competitors, macro trends and market opportunities. Analyzes portfolio trends and audience data to identify opportunities for growth, determines product requirements and defines targeted customer segments and associated messaging. Serve as the subject matter expert for the email channel. Establishes, implements and ensures consistent branding standards throughout product lines, messaging, and experiences.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Campaign Automation Manager ideates and executes on new marketing opportunities and the best tactics to support a business need. S/he understands complex needs from the business and from the market, and simplifies into a clear and actionable plan to management as needed.
Essential Functions:
Serves as the subject matter expert for automated campaigns and orchestrating multi-channel, multi-touch digital experiences
Adheres to strict process controls, and has knowledge of regulatory environment of the financial industry
Provides direction on design and HTML email templates, including current templates and creating new templates
Manages Automation, email campaigns, list creation and reporting
Facilitates campaigns for SMS, data management program automation
Boosts social media efforts by driving email traffic to social campaigns
Works with internal business owners on all email requests and projects
Works with outside vendors on updates, issues and best practices
Optimizes future campaigns based on measurements of past successes and weak areas
Identifies trends and best practices in the email and CRM industries
Creates integrated surveys across business channels
Identifies and executes cross-portfolio marketing opportunities
Manages and maintains the email marketing calendar for all product brands
Understands Adobe Creative Suite tools used for email design and html coding
Follows all project management processes including using an online project management tool

Requirements:
Education -
Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent field.
or equivalent work experience
Experience -
5-9 years Automated/Digital Marketing or Communications.
3-5 years Financial Services industry experience.
Proficient in Oracle Responsys, Oracle CX tools
Skills & Abilities -
Ability to motivate or influence inside or outside senior level personnel, requiring a significant level of influence and trust.
Extremely strong written abilities, with consideration of creative writing preferred.
Ability to work independently with a high level of critical thinking skills.
Comfortable with new digital technology, social media, and reporting.
Candidate must be able to think strategically, but be willing and able to roll up sleeves to help implement the programs and measure results.

Working Conditions:
Frequently: Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
