Responsibilities:
- Possess strong understanding of P&C (Property and Casualty) Insurance industry
- Possess strong understanding of data and analytics domain
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into impactful delivery solutions.
- Lead and govern delivery across programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and business value
- Experience in managing big digital transformation and managed services program
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
- Handle escalations effectively with minimal disruption to business outcomes.
- Communicating and collaborating with multiple program stakeholders
- Work closely with the Client Partner and Delivery Partner to enable account growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct regular governance and business reviews with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Provide insights, trends, and best practices in Insurance Data & Analytics to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within delivery in collaboration with Delivery Partner.
- Excellent organization and time management skills in prioritizing daily activities and responsibilities with focus on target
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
- This role requires independent travel up to 30%.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Based out of New Jersey area
- 15+ years of experience in delivery leadership, client relationship and engagement management with at least 10 years in Insurance sector engagements.
- Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, Analytics, Snowflake, ETL processes, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in large-scale delivery management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and program management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work with CXO-level stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in conducting business reviews and showcasing thought leadership.
- Proactively manage any escalations or issues related to project execution to mitigate risks to customer delight and billings
- Self-starter, adaptable, with a positive and growth-oriented mindset.
- Showcase Saama’s point of view as a thought leader in the Data & Analytics space.
- Be the Point person for the client in case of any questions/concerns that might arise with respect to the overall relationship with Saama
Work on being a ‘trusted advisor’ to the clients
- Expected to be client’s first point of escalation and should be able to address those issues in the best interest of the client

Physical Demands
This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
