Responsibilities
Build relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 
Identify needs: Understand customer needs and recommend products or services 
Provide customer service: Address customer inquiries and concerns 
Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Create opportunities: Create qualified opportunities through inbound leads, follow-up, outbound emails, and cold calls 
Communicate: Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads 
Keep up with products: Keep up with product and service information and updates
