Essential Functions:

Works closely with CD's and the Account Execs to help the Creative Department develop and sell their best marketing solutions to the clients.
Coordinates with assistant account executive to schedule creative/production jobs according to the CD’s direction.
Sells creative internally or to clients at the CD’s request.

Other Responsibilities:

Performs other work-related responsibilities which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
Understands and abides by the agency’s business practices and philosophies as well as understands R&R’s policies and procedures.


Maintains a positive working relationship with co-workers and clients.
Maintains accurate daily time sheets.
Maintains an appropriate appearance and demeanor with clients and in other professional environments.
Must have effective interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Must be an outstanding performer demonstrating selfless leadership, showing initiative, and fostering environments that yield quality and quantity of individual and team performance.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

Minimum Qualifications:

College degree in advertising-related field or equivalent experience. Minimum five years in an agency environment with one or more years in a creative environment. Must have good film and production skills and understand the creative process. Must understand digital and social creative needs as well as traditional. That means an understanding of social and digital platforms, building content and working with digital/social team members. Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in digital imaging and transfer systems. Must have good problem-solving skills. Must have effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership ability. Must have portfolio that shows both traditional and social work product.
