Description

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

  • Performs basic clerical tasks
  • Operates standard office equipment: Example – printers
  • May require computer and data entry skills
  • Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Interacts with courier companies
  • Manages the company's lobby area - appearance
  • Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
  • Ensures completion of paperwork for sign-in and security procedures
  • Handles special administrative projects upon request
  • Handles all incoming calls
  • Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements
  • Manages the company’s office supplies
  • Manages the company directories
  • Manages the company’s kitchen (daily unloading/loading dishwasher)
  • Run errands as needed
  • Provides refreshments to meetings
  • Schedules conference rooms
  • Orders meeting lunches/catering upon request (includes set up and clean up)
