Senior Tax Associate
Description
We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our team in our Atlanta, GA office. You will provide services to predominately US-Inbound International Businesses (primarily German/European) in the manufacturing and distribution industry. What you will do:
- Prepare Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal, state, and international tax topics
- Collaborate with tax specialists on complex tax issues
- Assist with the review and completion of tax returns and related client correspondence
- Deliver timely and high-quality services that exceed client expectations
- Maintain active communication to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff associates and interns
What you need to bring:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, including public accounting
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills in English
- CPA license or similar certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry
