About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Brand Marketing Managers in executing brand campaigns, competitor research, product copy writing, product launches, product relaunches, reviewing content and promotional initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring seamless coordination across departments and maintaining the momentum of our marketing projects.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Brand Marketing Managers in executing brand campaigns, competitor research, product copy writing, product launches, product relaunches, reviewing content and promotional initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring seamless coordination across departments and maintaining the momentum of our marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers to drive timelines, track deliverables, and ensure flawless execution across brand campaigns, innovation launches, and base business initiatives.
Asset Development & Channel Support
- Assist in the development and organization of marketing materials, sell-in decks, and content briefs to enable execution across DTC, Field, and Retail channels.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Pull and format data to support monthly business reviews and post-mortems.
- Assist in compiling recaps and key learnings from campaign and product performance to inform future strategies.
Operational Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the broader brand marketing team, contributing to workflow optimization, file management, and internal communication processes.
- Manage communication for new promotional materials and coordinate distribution as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Creative to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support in coordinating cross-functional meetings and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and requires less than 1 year of professional experience, but can need 1 – 2 years depending on job or task
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $48,000-63,000
The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, to geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Rodan + Fields’ total compensation package for employees.
