The Opportunity:
We’re seeking an Insights Manager to join our team and help shape the future of beauty. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Insights & Analytics, this role is integral to developing a best-in-class Insights function. You’ll partner cross-functionally to design and execute strategic learning plans, generate actionable insights, and deliver data-driven solutions to fuel our growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute consumer research projects, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Provide actionable insights by analyzing consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and white-space opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, and Sales teams to inform brand strategy and innovation.
- Manage research budgets and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Develop frameworks for concept testing, product development, and campaign tracking.
- Build and embed a macro and consumer trends program across the organization.
- Present insights through clear, visually impactful storytelling and dashboards.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Research, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in consumer insights, research, or related fields, preferably within beauty or CPG industries.
- Expertise in custom research methodologies, A&U studies, segmentation, advertising and media testing and KPI interpretation, pricing, and brand equity tracking.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to distill data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation and insights.
