Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning, Associate Manager


Support the commercialization launch plans and execution of assigned new products including key aspects of the business strategy & Go-to-Market execution, communications, & development of brand/product marketing programs to support business goals.  The Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning Associate Manager plays a fundamental role in the group and with the cross functional team members to bring new products to market and support our Consultants businesses.   

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Support the integrated marketing communications plan from consumer insight through launch, considering global needs.
  • Ensure understanding of target for new categories and collaborate with the Insights department on market research or conduct desk research to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies that will convert existing R+F customers and bring in new customers.
  • Develop an understanding of our Direct Selling model and Consultants needs to provide strong integrated marketing support that helps them sell the new product and enroll new customers (Consultants and Preferred Customers).
  • Support and execute all aspects of product launch plans with appropriate cross-functional team members and keep team abreast of key aspects of the program, data and trends.
  • Support product commercialization through R+F Commercialization Gate process. Spearhead and coordinate with key cross-functional partners throughout the organization to meet goals and timelines.
  • Build/support cohesive, engaging, WOW go-to-market plans for assigned new products and initiatives, executing with excellence and own the technical aspects of launch:
    • Own data population, SKU and BOM generation for launch for all markets including pricing, product descriptions, cart swaps, category ids and SKUs.
    • Maintain data integrity throughout launch process.
    • Build creative briefs to develop marketing content (both digital and printed) to deliver global, sustainable, visually appealing assets.
  • Develop understanding of all R+F platforms including Convention, Virtual, Social Media and Digital product marketing and make recommendations to inform 360° product marketing programs.
  • Serve as consumer and competitive expert for relevant categories. Keep management abreast of key data and trends.



  • Experience:

         5+ years of experience in brand management at a skincare, beauty, direct selling or consumer goods company preferred)

         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

         Global businesses is preferred

  • Solid strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem solving
  • A demonstrated passion for skincare and/or direct selling and social commerce
  • A passion for deeply knowing the category, customers and details of their projects
  • Ability to distill complex problems and recommendations into easily digestible, cohesive management-friendly presentations (proficient in powerpoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a great attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong presentation skills and command of an audience
  • A strong understanding of the product life cycle and promotional process
  • Collaborative, with the ability to effectively partner and motivate across functions and with outside vendors
  • Excellent judgment in representing the Company to customers and Consultants
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
