Objectives and Deliverables:

RMS is seeking a BI Dashboard Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence, and Reporting. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the QlikSense Dashboards. In this role, you will query large data sets, analyze information, and deliver recommendations that help shape company strategies and improve business processes.

He/she is a proven business partner with a passion for operational excellence, great attention to detail and a proven ability to work with stakeholders.


  • Translate business requirements into efficient visualizations and reporting
  • Hands-on professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration, and development in QlikView/ QlikSense
  • Assist with process definition and contribute to library of reusable objects (fields, calculations, KPI, etc.)
  • Create and maintain technical design documentation
  • Perform detailed analysis of source system data and model that data in QlikSense
  • Closely monitor and check the accuracy and completeness of data in the visualizations
  • Experience in data modeling, analysis, design, testing, development, and implementation
  • Experience in QlikSense installation, sever side administration, and user administration a plus
  • Tune complex visualizations and large datasets for optimal performance and maintainability
  • Publish and deliver dashboards
  • Manage and troubleshoot tickets/issues as they occur, identify criticality and impact, and provide appropriate workarounds
  • Work with internal admins for support, ticket resolution, feature requests and defect tracking.
  • Follow change management process for deployment of new or existing dashboards

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; BTech/MTech preferred
