Job Description:
We are looking for a mid-level to senior consultant to conduct Model Risk Management (MRM) Validation reviews with a particular focus on AI/ML/GenAI model methodology validation. The consultant should also be capable of conducting traditional model methodology validation reviews depending on the requirements. The role will involve evaluating the model's implementation quality and risk controls, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and regulatory expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 2nd line MRM Validation reviews, focusing on AI/ML/GenAI model methodologies.
  • Perform traditional model methodology validation reviews as needed.
  • Review the implementation quality and risk controls of GSE model implementations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure model risk management practices are effective and compliant.
  • Provide detailed documentation of validation processes and findings.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Software Engineering Experience: Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Programming Skills: Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, R, or C++.
  • Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience in model risk management or a related field.
  • Modeling Exposure: Demonstrated experience in modeling, with a focus on AI/ML/GenAI.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Cloud Platform Experience: Highly preferred experience with AWS Cloud services.
  • Model Implementation Validation Experience: Prior experience in validating model implementations.
