Description

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce where you can choose to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. 

Resolver is looking for a RFP Specialist to support the completion and submission of RFX (proposals, information & questionnaires). You'll be supported by an established Sales Ops team, and report directly into our Director, Sales Enablement and Operations. You're ideally a Loopio expert and a keen collaborator. 

You're able to balance time sensitive requests while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail. You'll work with our sales folks to keep central databases accurate and up to date and you're not shy to chase people up when you need to!

Hi, I’m Lisa, Director of Sales Enablement and Operations.

My team's focus is supporting the entire sales organization and ensuring they have what they need to meet their goals.

The RFP specialist plays a key role in helping our sales organization reach their #1 goal- grow our revenue. Working alongside our sales team you will help them gather, organize and share the information requested in the RFP in a way that aligns not only with the needs of the prospect but also sets Resolver up as the go-to choice to meet those needs.

Let's break down the day-to-day a little further:

Proposal Development (60%)
Measures of Success:
On-time submission of compliant and commercially sound bids

  • Work with the sales team and subject matter experts to develop high-quality proposals
  • Analyze the RFP to create proposal outlines and development plans
  • Project manage the completion of the RFP including creating the project, assigning, and managing the questions as well as creating and submitting of all relevant documents
  • Synthesize raw content from various sources into a cohesive and comprehensive package
  • Review and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging

Content Management (30%)

Measures of Success: Library is easy to use and able to support responses for all of the 
common RFP questions

  • Ensure the library contains technically accurate and relevant content including screen 
    shots and other resources
  • Manage a content maintenance and review process
  • Craft compelling and concise content that has a coherent voice and tone

Revenue Ops Support (10%):    

  • Work with the sales team to manage contracts execution
  • Support other rev ops functions as needed including data hygiene and other data projects

More about you:      

  • You have 6 months + experience working with Loopio or similar RFP Management Software 
  • You're highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly & accurately
  • You can manage your own time and tasks in order to execute multiple assignments by required deadlines
  • You have experience managing projects with a variety of stakeholders
  • You're ambitious and take the initiative to look for ways to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
  • You demonstrate a passion for learning and the ability to grow by embracing challenges
  • You're a strong writer and can communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • You're naturally curious; you ask lots of questions with a goal to better understand others, their point of view and, to learn from the,
  • You're persistent, motivated and calm in face of deadlines
