Red Fuse is looking for a Client Finance Analyst who will be responsible for preparation of all financial aspects of assigned region(s) on a Global Account; agency compliance and internal financial reporting. Partner with senior Vaccount members across operating companies to drive client revenue and manage resources.  Work closely with clients and procurement to provide reporting and support as necessary.

Major Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Budget Process
    • Work with regions and local offices to develop budget submissions
    • Partner with Account and Client in the review and management of SOW and fees
  • Actuals Reporting and Tracking
    • Monthly and/or periodic tracking and review of results vs budgets/targets
    • Prepare summaries and reports as needed
    • Review and testing of actual results to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Intercompany/Receivable Management
    • Coordinate client receivables and intercompany charges with offices and client
    • Cash management with regard to client receivables and vendor payables
  • Other
    • Manage relationships with local and regional offices including operational and administration
    • Oversee Client Accounting functions including client approvals, invoicing
    • Develop Client Business Plans as required


  • Bachelor’s degree with an Accounting or Finance major; minimum of 2 years of financial management
  • Experience working in advertising or communications agency or other professional services company
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Ability to interact with Senior/Executive Management of the Agency and Client
  • Strong interpersonal & written skills and diplomacy a must; needs to be collaborative across multiple stakeholders & geographies
  • Fluent verbal and written English essential;
