Responsibilities of the role:

  • Ownership of the Paid Search delivery of Colgate in Asian Pacific markets
  • Alignment with clients on the budget & approach
  • Ideation on aligning paid search with integrated campaigns
  • Management of the centralized paid search operations team
  • Presentation of results to agency as well as local & regional clients
  • Overseeing delivery of YouTube & Facebook ads across Asia Pacific
  • Supporting the Red Fuse & local market media teams to get campaigns delivered
  • Overseeing the workflow of the ad ops team
  • Making sure best practices are followed for tagging & tracking
  • Working with the Red Fuse data team to understand & present performance
  • Supporting projects to expand eCommerce for Colgate Palmolive in Asia (working with WPP Ecommerce agency and Wavemaker)
  • Management of workflow & reporting for projects to boost Colgate website SEO
  • Directing centralized ad operations team on with ad serving of programmatic advertising (India team)

Reporting: This role reports to Deputy Head of Digital

What you will need:

  • Digital experience in performance marketing
  • Minimum of 4-5 year’s experience
  • Hands on and implementation knowledge on Facebook & AdWords
  • Experience in SEO is essential, and Ecommerce is desirable
  • Familiarity with ad technology such as web analytics tools, ad serving technology
  • Understanding of platforms as to how they work and what data is available
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Clear & effective communication across all area's - written, verbal, presentation
  • Data visualization and story-telling ability
  • Delivers high quality work that in a concise, comprehensive and on time fashion
  • Strong collaboration skills
