Red Fuse is looking for an Art Director who will be responsible for contributing to great creative for cross platform campaigns across several brand categories: digital, TV/video, web, mobile, retail, social, etc. You will collaborate with our integrated creative team to provide IMC (integrated marketing communication) creative vision, strategic and creative leadership for an integrated creative team.  Work will be for both regional and global on some campaigns. All work is NEW Creative.

Major Responsibilities

  • Recognize and support IMC ideas; successfully translate ideas into in multiple formats including but not limited to mobile applications, Facebook applications and pages, rich format advertising, standard format advertising
  • Assist in the organization and direction of IMC partners to ensure idea is integrated
  • Begin building strong client relationships through clear, dynamic presentations of ideas and execution
  • Create superior work as art director while beginning to inspire and manage junior teams toward great ideas
  • Refine and identify best ideas
  • Work with account/planning partners to create smart insightful briefs

Position Requirements 

  • BA /BFA degree; 4+ years advertising experience
  • Strong strategic, conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Large brand experience in CPG category preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate client message into effective communications across full range of creative disciplines (TV/video, all digital platforms including mobile, social, websites, eCommerce)
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to persuade and inform, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view
  • Ability to recognize, develop and enhance concepts developed by staff and directs their translation across all channels
  • Should be familiar with CSS, HTML and web typography  
  • Should be aware of the mobile landscape and stay current on the rapid changes in social media and communications technology
  • Must be industry aware: current events, trends, and general advertising culture
