Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales strategy and execution plan to drive revenue and growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans by region and by account type to improve sales productivity and meet targets
  • Develop and implement direct channel and distribution strategies
  • Create and continuously evaluate competitive positioning to ensure market competitiveness and optimal sales strategy
  • Help develop pricing strategy for new product introductions
  • Builds and maintains key partner and distribution channel relationships
  • Manage team of sales professionals, setting goals, providing performance feedback and managing sales incentive program
  • Builds, develops and trains the sales team, providing effective sales management tools and resources
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators and action plans
  • Provide regular reporting and communication of key sales performance metrics to executive team
  • Develop and implement a sales training program

Desired Experience:

  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience in Professional and Prosumer camera Markets.
  • Channel development experience within professional and semi-professional cameras and equipment segment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferred
  • International sales experience in global, geographically distributed environments preferred, with exposure/experience in emerging/mid-sized corporate environments desired
  • Experience in working with senior executives
  • Strong track record of increased responsibility and success
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and exceptional ability to influence executive level clients and partners
  • Strong ability to plan and execute sales objectives and plans
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of strategic sales and planning
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to effectively present information to executive team
  • Ability to travel both domestically and Internationally
  • Relationship with key accounts in our market sector
  • Experience building and leading a sales team both in-house and outside
  • Have worked with or for a market leader camera company
