RPG Account Executives (AEs) are self-starting team members who manage multiple aspects of day-to-day client work while building communication competencies and modeling core behaviors of authenticity, belonging and compassion.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Create and tell stories to engage and connect with key audiences and stakeholders
  • Discern underlying patterns and meaning across a range of client challenges, including news outlets
  • Create content for social and various channels
  • Communicate complex issues to others
  • Communicate effectively across paid, earned and owned channels
  • Continue strengthening relationships with key media outlets and influencers
  • Apply critical thinking to interpret data and trends to help organization to accomplish their communication goals
  • Generate idea for media outreach and pitch efforts
