Partner Accounts Manager

This newly created position reporting directly to the Vice President of Implementation and PMO will be an integral part of the overall Customer delivery and growth strategy for Quotient Technologies.  You will help lead the company's retail and partner business development efforts focused on a next generation cloud-based platform.  Working with some of the world’s largest retailers and CPG brands, you will be a key part of a fast-growing team to work on an industry-changing solution. This position will serve as Client Facing, offer reimbursement expert with an in-depth understanding of large-scale partnership projects and content delivery strategies bringing our retail network and CPG partners together through our technology. This position will also have a key role being the point of contact with our retailer and CPG clearinghouse partners.  Taking ownership of process implementation and being a key stakeholder on product pricing strategies, you will draw upon your previous experience to actively manage planning, client management, risk management, and delivery as well as ongoing optimization and health monitoring of our accounts related to financial and volume performance.  You will partner with the implementation and development teams with coordination, issue tracking, scheduling and drive project activities related to your area of expertise and will be responsible for the overall successful completion of implementation tasks related to interactions with our clearinghouse partners and internal financial tracking and reimbursement of our programs. These projects can be technical in nature and understanding software development lifecycles as well as client management and how finance and reimbursement strategies fit into these relationships will be instrumental to your success.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work as primary point of contact with Retailers/Partners and internal teams to plan and execute integrating and growing financial implementation details on a cloud-based retail platform
  • Drive our internal strategy around the companies approach to offer reimbursement and management of financial process
  • Work directly with our clearinghouse partners to manage our relationship, integration strategy and overall processes including data flows, reconciliation and issue investigation.
  • Build and improve processes
  • Support technical project teams through driving critical milestones and deliverables related to your role
  • Participate in Solution Management and Solution Development meetings to share feedback from retailers and partners on the solution and insight from your industry knowledge

Position Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Software Implementation, and/or Retail Integration Specialist, Account management directly responsible for or related to financial reimbursement of offers
  • Retail and CPG clearinghouse experience including data flows, accounting principals related to clearing and nuances of retailer vs cpg clearing of coupons
  • Proven ability to drive tasks and implementations to completion
  • Strong communication skills a must
  • Ability to be creative as well as analytical, organized and detail oriented
  • Customer and Vendor Relationship and Selling Skills
  • Business Knowledge and Retail Acumen preferred
  • Proven record successfully implementing solution plans and/or programs
