Sr. Account Executive, Specialty Retail

In the role you’ll be tasked to drive new, incremental direct sales revenue and build new relationship with specialty retail clients.  This position will focus on building out the Specialty Retail Category, defined as all retailers outside of Grocery, Drug, and Mass. The leader will be tasked to develop initiatives to monetize SEM, SEO and media products to specialty retail merchants and affiliate networks. 
Position Responsibilities: 

•Drive entire sales cycle from securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, needs analysis, program and presentation development, sale and renewal, with both established and prospective accounts
•Secure new clients for core shopper marketing, promotional and media solutions, and expand into online advertising, Mobile, and much more
•Grow business within assigned client list, and expand into other Specialty Retail verticals
•Develop and manage sales strategy with merchant needs to maximize growth and adoption of Quotient products – SEM and Media
•Accurately forecast, track and report revenue
•Exceed quarterly revenue targets by selling at prevailing rates 

Position Qualifications:

•Minimum 3-5 years successful outside Sales experience in Specialty retail category (non grocery, drug and mass) with focus on affiliate marketing, SEM, SEO and Media
•Winning track record of Major Account selling to Senior-Level decision-makers. Established contacts/relationships with advertising and promotion decision makers in the Retail industry
•Ability to develop senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying products/services and cross-sell opportunities that best meet client’s needs
•Passionate about selling and creating value for customers, deep understanding of marketing demographics, media buying, and client ROI
•Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct and convincing when it’s right for the customer
•Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
•Solid computer skills including Power Point and Excel
•Home-office based, travel as needed (at least 50 % of time)
•BA/BS degree. Business, Marketing, Advertising or other related field
•Excellent references (recent and relevant) from both former clients and employer
