Campaign Specialist 1

Essential Job Functions (not limited to): 

Assist Campaign Managers in fulfillment of purchased services such as: 

  • Creation and/or optimization of brand activation offers (Coupons, Cashback) and wider digital marketing programmes for B2B clients
  • Respond to new or re-opened requests and escalations in a timely fashion and manage end-users’ queries
  • Act as point of contact for the assigned programs – manage all communications and deliverables (with client and it’s agencies)


Engage and utilize internal tools in order to:


  • Create coupons and other production related content
  • Perform best in class quality assurance and testing of the campaign’s user journey and ensure flawless and on-time delivery of the campaigns
  • Formatting Excel files and processing data uploads into database and client’s tools
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external (client’s) purposes


Provide additional support to the UK B2B team by:

  • Recommending the optimal solutions and user journey for the planned activities
  • Liaising directly with our Development and Operations teams to ensure that the campaigns can be delivered in line with the agreed scope and schedule
  • Identifying opportunities, create & implement productivity and quality process improvement plans
  • Building process documents for training needs 

Technical & Job level skills needed: 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – particular focus on Excel for exact precision in data input & output (data processing and database management)
  • Experience in working with any web based operations or production related proprietary tools/technologies for order management is a BIG PLUS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, IT or related field
  • 4/5 years of equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Outgoing, open-minded, hardworking and motivated person
  • Have an eye for detail, superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate an interest in online marketing, advertising and digital promotions
  • Excellent organisational skills including strong attention to detail, ability to work independently but strong team spirit
