About the role     
    
The Product Owner will oversee the development of solutions that support Quantum Health’s internal and external partners, solve problems for employees/patients in their healthcare journeys, and drive strategic business outcomes for Quantum Health.  We serve stakeholder needs through a variety of interaction channels and technologies, and the Product Owner role is the leader in ensuring thoughtful design of workflow, technology evolution and team collaboration.  Responsibilities include developing the solution vision and strategy with enterprise partners, leading discovery to validate problems and solutions, driving roadmaps and backlogs, and iterating on solution delivery with development partners.  The Product Owner is essential to ensuring the voices of stakeholders' guide development and there is linkage between all members of the team charged with bringing ideas into reality.      
    
     
    
What you’ll do     
    
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for how Clients, Members and Strategic Partners experience Quantum Health.      
  • Tend to interaction channels, workflows, and tools.      
  • Define vision – articulate key problems to solve and the value of solving them.      
  • Thoughtfully collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure our solutions weave together all parties as needed.       
  • Create and maintain product road maps aligned to strategic outcomes.      
  • Work with appropriate partners to develop and communicate release schedules.      
  • Create and maintain the product roadmaps and backlogs.      
  • Balance stakeholder requirements      
  • Investigate and map dependencies, constraints, and other considerations.      
    
    
  • Align requests and opportunities to business objectives and value and prioritize accordingly.      
  • Translate road map solutions into well-defined requirements and user stories.      
  • Develop acceptance criteria.      
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs.      
  • Oversee development      
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on product and solution vision.      
  • Identify, define and organize activities to create an efficient iterative discovery and delivery process.      
  • Foster a culture of process improvement and delivery quality.      
  • Support other stakeholder verticals strategically as needed.      
  • All other duties as assigned.     
    
     
    
What you’ll bring     
    
  • Bachelor’s Degree     
  • Minimum of four years product development experience     
  • Experience working in and evangelizing agile development methodologies     
  • Project experience     
  • Familiarity with financial and impact analyses     
  • Strong communications and writing skills     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills     
  • Highly organized     
    
    
  • Experience working in account management within a healthcare organization, or supporting them and clients directly     
  • Client Reporting experience     
  • Medical economics or clinical informatics experience     
  • Experience successfully launching digital capabilities     
  • Proactive, autonomous work style     
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.     
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
