Description

This position supports our strategic clients and client engagement group. This individual utilizes various analyses to create viable, real-world solutions in a complex healthcare landscape and to tell a story clients on trends and patterns found within the metrics.

Role and Tasks: 

  • Create and deliver quarterly Plan Performance Analysis reports in partnership with the Client Executive Team.
  • Create ad hoc and enhanced analytics for stakeholders and advise other fellow Client Analysts on best practice for data pulls
  • Act as a SME for BI Management team, internal business partners for the development and enhancement of the Client based deliverables
  • Serve as the go to resource for the entire Client Reporting team to review and validate project/analysis results
  • Interpret healthcare/ clinical effectiveness metrics, identify gaps and generate solutions
  • Lead several projects and manage deliverables by contributing to data report creation, statistical modeling, and financial reporting
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years in employer benefits field
  • 4+ years of advanced health care data analytics & statistical modeling experience.
  • Ability to understand and manipulate data into usable, actionable information with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Expert with SQL or similar relational databases
  • Experience with exploratory or visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS-Excel)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Previous Team Lead or Project Lead experience preferred
