Job Summary 

The Client Onboarding Project Manager has the responsibility to oversee the process of onboarding Quantum Health’s program for new clients. This position will need to develop a strong working relationship with clients, third party vendors, as well as many internal resources to facilitate the onboarding process.

The ability to facilitate relationships, getting people to work together in an efficient manner is of utmost importance in this position. The Client Onboarding PM works closely with the sales, data services, IT, Qbase, client executives, client managers and POD teams to ensure the appropriate support of the clients and consultants during onboarding.

Essential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities


Oversee key tasks, milestones, and corresponding deadlines associated with the onboarding process


Lead and coordinate the overall client onboarding with the client, consultant and all vendor partners


Work closely with technical/data resources within Quantum Health to ensure that the client’s programs are appropriately technologically built, supported, and measured


Develop project plans to meet specific deadlines


Promote the mission and core values of Quantum Health as well as the concept of MyQHealth.


Evaluate, address and/or escalate client onboarding issues to ensure timely resolution


Manage EPMO projects as assigned


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Min of 5 years Account Management and/or Project Management experience required. 
  • Healthcare/Insurance Implementation experience desired.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and facilitate resolution of issues to meet client and internal staff expectations
  • Build and maintain external relationships
  • Strong customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
  • Ability to make decisions that are timely and well thought out and that achieve results consistent with the clients’ needs, Quantum Health’s business goals and organizational culture.
