The Integrated Marketing Specialist Role

In this global role, you'll oversee content localization, lead lifecycle management, and campaign performance, collaborating heavily across geographies and managing various email-based campaigns such as nurtures, events, and webinars.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Campaign Management: Serve as a subject matter expert in Marketo, supporting design, program building, and troubleshooting, while advising on UTMs, target lists, and email best practices.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Monitor and troubleshoot lead lifecycle workflows in Marketo, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage training and enablement for marketing teams, handle escalations, and provide insights and best practices to drive campaign success.
  • Localization: Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to localize marketing content, prioritizing content and drawing up review schedules and language requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Take the lead in planning and executing key marketing programs, utilizing agile frameworks, scrum meetings, and project status updates to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and measure program performance, build templates for efficient processes, and assist with launch plans, prioritization, and target list criteria to maximize campaign impact.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketo.
  • Must have experience in lead generation.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Campaign management.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time-bound projects with a wide range of functions working across time zones.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning.
  • Lead management experience.
  • General expectations:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $72,580 MIN – $82,000 MAX. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
