The Full Stack Engineer Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in front-end development while also contributing to back-end development, ensuring our software meets industry best practices and exceeds customer expectations.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• Feature Development: Collaborate with peers to design and build new features, ensuring they meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
• Frontend Development: Focus on frontend and UI development, building responsive pages, layouts, and components that deliver an exceptional user interface.
• Quality Assurance: Analyze requirements for new features, provide accurate estimations, and implement solutions that meet quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in planning sessions with the team, contributing insights and ideas to drive future work and product improvements.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (or equivalent).
• Overall 5+ years of experience with minimum of 3 years of UI development experience and 1-2 years of backend development experience, preferably in product development teams.
• Hands on ReactJS, Redux and Material UI
• Hands on experience in web technologies like HTML 4/5, CSS 2/3, JavaScript (ES6) & AJAX
• Hands on experience in at least one Backend technology – Golang, node.js, Java.
• Hands on experience in writing Unit Tests using RTL, Jest, Sinon, Mocha or similar.
• Familiarity with design patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Experience in building reusable components
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Docker & Kubernetes.
• Good to have knowledge in databases.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• An understanding and appreciation of the purpose and the practices of dev-ops and agile; accompanied with the skills to deliver reliably and effectively on a sprint cadence.
• Ability to learn, work with and apply multiple technologies to solve real customer problems and keep yourself up to date with best practices in development and know when to push and when to cooperate in getting them implemented in a large organization.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal skills, and ability to work across geographically dispersed teams.

The location for this role is:

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid role)
