As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our mission to strengthen our organization with exceptional individuals. Your sharp communication and organizational skills, combined with your expertise in talent acquisition, will be the driving force behind our success. 

Your Key Objectives:
Foster Diversity: Help us cultivate a diverse workforce by providing valuable input to ensure that our teams consist of talented individuals from all walks of life.
Strategic Staffing: Develop a long-term strategy to meet our staffing needs, ensuring that we have the right people in place to achieve our goals.
Sourcing Superstar: Showcase your creative flair by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives that attract top-notch candidates.
Exceptional Experience: Craft and execute end-to-end hiring processes that provide candidates with a positive and memorable experience.
Collaboration Champion: Forge strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring clear expectations and successful interviews. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and selection criteria for candidates.
  • Harness the power of online channels, such as LinkedIn and professional networks, to source and identify top talent.
  • Craft enticing job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.
  • Assess CVs, portfolios, resumes, and references to curate a shortlist of the most promising candidates.
  • Make a lasting impression at job fairs and recruitment events, building an extensive pipeline of exceptional talent.
  • Keep meticulous records of recruitment materials and share insights with key stakeholders. 
  • Continue to Foster the work environment past the recruiting phase by ensuring the onboarding depicts how their experience will be at Unlimited Service Group.
  • Assisting branches across Texas in person with hiring events.  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in talent acquisition or a related role. 
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media, CV databases, and professional networks to identify top candidates.  
  • Experience utilizing multiple platforms and ways to proactively source outstanding individuals.
  • A knack for documenting processes and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required. 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Jobvite 
  • Flexible to travel to various branch locations across Texas.
