Your background should include...
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • ATS Management: Leverage expert-level knowledge of Jobvite to optimize recruiting processes and enhance candidate experiences.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Culture Champion: Promote and maintain a culture of mutual respect and inclusion within the team and broader organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management and recruitment technology.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a talent management or recruitment leadership role.
  • Expertise in using Jobvite or similar ATS systems at an expert level.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
