Inside Account Manager - Japanese/ Korean speaking

This role would be ideal for a candidate with previous exposure to a high-volume business who is interested to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the software industry. The candidate will work within our Developer Tooling Business with a main focus on South Korea and Japan.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Provide our customers with a great user experience while learning about customer needs and requirements
  • Nurture and qualify incoming leads via telephone and email into a pipeline of multiple deals that will generate revenue
  • Work with marketing, other sales team members, product specialists and sales management to deliver business objectives
  • Manage a pipeline and forecast of opportunities
  • Identify, qualify, overcome objections, and close prospects against a quarterly deadline
  • Provide detailed feedback to sales management on a regular basis
  • Predominantly work with Salesforce.com CRM for all sales activities
Your background:
  
  • Passion for selling software products and experience in a similar role/domain
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of Korean/ Japanese language
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Systematic, organized and able to effectively manage their time
  • Thrive on working with and contributing to the team
  • Able to have impactful conversations with both technical and business audiences
  • Passion for the tech industry and selling
