We are looking for an experienced, passionate communicator and writer to join our Digital Experience Strategic Awareness team as the Social Media Specialist within the Digital Experience Business Unit. In this role, you will be part of a team supporting the Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn channels. We are looking for someone with a passion for social media marketing, who enjoys being creative, and is eager to learn and engage with our varying audiences.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the design and execution of social media campaigns for all products in the BU
  • Track social media engagement; prepare reports and help identify trends
  • Manage the agency relationship and oversee social calendars
  • Collaborate with Strategic Awareness & Advocacy Leads to ensure social is aligned with GTM campaigns and projects
  • Support live events such as Twitch streams, Twitter takeovers, LinkedIn Live and more.

Your background:

  • A degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Journalism
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be fluent in everyday English
  • Have a strong interest in copywriting 
  • Posses a passion for social media and the willingness to learn
  • Enjoy making researches in digital environment
  • Be creative and willing to experiment 
  • Love learning new platforms and exploring different ways to use them
  • Have a strong sense of team
  • Experience with Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, LinkedIn and TikTok is a plus
