The Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives within Product Management. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in program management while contributing to both strategic and operational goals under supervision.

In this role, you will:

  • Customer and Market Engagement

    • Build thriving customer community by regularly posting and engaging in product communities.

    • Collaborating with Product Management and customer-facing teams to build, draft and validate community posts, maintain engagement logs, and share monthly summaries.

    • Monitor ideation SLAs and coordinate with community managers for recognition programs.

  • Support Product Decision Making and Execution

    • Collaborate with PMs to support strategic changes, collect data, and attend stakeholder meeting to build, submit and execute pricing and end of life events.

    • Execute assigned tasks, document deliverables, report milestones, and manage risks/changes to enable continuous and speedy progress on the projects

    • Create and reconcile internal/external communication plans.

  • Standardize and enable Internal Communication

    • Prepare and execute updates to the PDP Product Management SharePoint portal.

    • Propose usability improvements, organize content, and announce changes.

    • Align portal content with quarterly priorities and onboard new PMs/stakeholders.

  • Maintain Product External communication & Policies

    • Product Compatibility Guide Updates

    • Monitor third-party software lifecycle status and communicate updates.

    • Revise compatibility matrices, document retirements, and collaborate on messaging for documentation/release notes.

  • General Coordination 

    • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

    • Track progress across multiple workstreams and escalate risks or delays.

    • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports.

    • Support coordination between product, engineering, and operations teams.

    • Communicate updates clearly and regularly to internal stakeholders.

Your background:    

    • Understanding of project management principles.

    • Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • Self-motivated, able to independently execute tasks and manage priorities.

    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
