As an important member of the ProdegeMR team, the Programmatic Account Manager is responsible for managing projects for clients who engage with our panels via programmatic sampling technologies (APIs and integrations).  This role requires an understanding of sampling basics with regard to determining whether projects are performing or underperforming (i.e. “on spec” or “off spec” with regard to the Incidence Rate and Length of Interview per the cost per complete) and then proactively working with the client to resolve issues.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing multiple projects using any one or more of the MR industry’s leading programmatic sampling platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring daily activity across dozens of projects, identifying underperforming projects and taking action to protect our profitability as well as our panel assets
  • Identify projects where we could increase our revenue and profitability by optimizing our delivery and/or performance
  • Interface with multiple client contacts on a daily basis
  • Lead and mentor a group of junior team members who also have responsibility for project monitoring and optimization
  • Anticipate issues and manage risks
  • Effectively communicate status and issues to clients as well as internal team members

 

 Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years Market Research experience with specific experience in programmatic sampling platforms required
  • Well-developed time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Solid knowledge of, and experience with, sample management platforms such as Fulcrum
  • Strong team building and facilitation skills, including problem resolution/mediation
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
