We are currently seeking a Market Research, Research Solutions Senior Manager to join our team. 

This integral position is a mixture of client, project & team management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing market research projects for some of our largest clients as well as effectively leading a growing team in a positive and collaborative way. 

The ideal candidate will be a true team-player with a proven track record of success in marketing research, project management, managing people and servicing clients. For the past few years, ProdegeMR has seen transformative growth and is building the team to continue to foster mutually successful client relationships and further grow our business and our team. 

 The Research Solutions Senior Manager:

  • Manages the flow of day-to-day operations within their team and sets the expected pace of the team
  • Collaborates often with team members, colleagues and clients
  • Refines and develops processes to meet client and organizational objectives and ensure the success of our new products/services
  • Looks for ways to innovate and evolve our technology and approaches
  • Takes ownership of projects, challenges and solutions
  • Provides the highest possible level of client service and owns the operational aspect of the relationship.
  • Ensures that client objectives are met and provides strategic recommendations as to when and where to optimize our offerings and approaches
  • Oversees all aspects of project/study execution, helping guide the client, team-members and any external partners through all critical project phases including;
    • Review of client RFP and our proposal to the client, including project specifications and timeline
    • Questionnaire design guidance
    • Sample & quota plan design
    • Survey program testing
    • Fieldwork launch and data checks
    • Fieldwork management
    • Data Spec (Tab & Banner) development or review
    • Data Processing delivery (ensuring accuracy)
    • Data Visualization spec and design 
    • Invoicing
    • Project debriefs
  • Rolls up sleeves and manages some of our most strategic and/or high profile clients
  • Proactively identifies potential issues and provides viable solutions
  • Manages and maintains quality, project timelines and budget 
  • Respects and values their team members and their ideas
  • Works closely with the sales team and effectively communicates status and issues to team members and other project stakeholders
  • Empowered to make big decisions

 About You:

  • 10+ years of market research experience, ideally within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing research projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Comfortable working as efficiently as possible – our customers demand results quickly, our employees must make complex decisions quickly as a result
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts throughout the lifecycle of a market research project from receipt of RFP to delivery of data
  • Strong analytical aptitude and results oriented
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment with a global team
  • Proficiency with Word & Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

It’s a plus if you’re:

  • Familiar with CRM based solutions is a plus (i.e NetSuite, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc)
  • Familiar with survey scripting and data reporting platforms (e.g. Confirmit, Decipher, Dimensions, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • Familiar with SPSS
  • Familiar with Data Visualization Tools  (e.g. Dapresey, Infotools, Tableau etc.)
