Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with having basic knowledge of all departments & positions and staying up to date with employees on PTO.
  • Efficiently complete word processing tasks such as creating memos, correspondence, and presentations as well as coordinating department schedules for agendas and meetings.
  • Maintain, organize, and purchase supplies and promotional materials for the office and remote employees.
  • Responsible for coordinating all building issues both interior & exterior of the building, office arrangement & decoration, all office keys and cleanliness of office spaces.
  • Organize company events by setting up food and activities at internal & external venues for employees and visitors.
  • Seek projects and ways to be an asset and support other departments.
Qualifications 
The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant I will have demonstrated success in the primary areas of focus and responsibility:
  • 2 years of relevant administrative support experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to learn skills beyond administrative duties.
  • May require purchasing and expensing of purchased items.
