Technical Requirements Systems Engineer

Praxis Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to join the RAD team. What you will be doing:

The Technical Requirements Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex technical solutions while driving innovation and efficiency in the RAD environment using a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Candidates should be passionate about solving challenging problems and have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Proven experience in authoring system requirements and technical documentation
• Ability to conduct in-depth analysis, and perform comprehensive research to address complex technical challenges
• Must be able to successfully collaborate with stakeholders to capture evolving needs and features, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Ability to document interfaces between new and legacy systems
• Strong knowledge of APIs and REST calls
• Leads and participates in system Transition and Decommission efforts
• Ability to rapidly comprehend and articulate intricate technical details to various audiences
• Must be able to work autonomously towards long-range objectives under consultative direction
• Experience utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate polygraph is required to be considered for this role
