POP is seeking a Social Strategist who will lead our social practice as well as contribute to Brand and Content Marketing initiatives. This role will act as the Social Lead on a key B2B account for POP, managing the account end-to-end, including but not limited to client relationship management, strategic vision, paid media strategy, analytics, and community management. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead client relationship day-to-day, developing a strong and trusted partnership
  • Act as a strategic advisor and thought leader for social strategy at POP, across all accounts
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for our clients through our quarterly planning process
  • Own community management outreach, following the established social playbook guidelines
  • Launch content and manage editorial calendar from concept to approval
  • Deploy paid media campaigns on owned platforms, adhering to budget and campaign goals
  • Write creative briefs for POP team, guiding the narrative for social posts quarterly
  • Partner with our creative team to develop industry-leading content for owned pages
  • Oversee analytics and reporting, deriving insights shared with clients weekly and monthly
  • Implement best practices for all teams to streamline operations
  • Advocate for realistic timelines and streamline workflow in partnership with Program Management
  • Proactively identify opportunities outside of editorial calendar based on trends and insights
  • Implement real time event strategy for our clients and roll out process and team requirements at POP
  • Demonstrate ability to think beyond social, guiding content marketing and brand strategy across our client roster, as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A strategic mind, enthusiastic about every aspect of digital marketing with a passion for social
  • Expertise in social strategy, with demonstrated expertise in content marketing and/or brand strategy
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools
  • Demonstrated understanding of the digital user journey and the various levers (i.e. targeting, landing pages, creative, etc.) that can be pulled
  • Hands-on-keyboard experience in programmatic and/or social buying
  • Excitement about the prospect of building an active social community
  • Prefer experience in B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in leading client relationships
