Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager with a deep project and program management toolkit to lead, navigate and manage Clients and project teams to deliver phenomenal, high-quality work. The Program Manager is a master communicator who sets clear and useful expectations for both the Client and project team while bringing forth solutions and a point of view on what will deliver the greatest value and team happiness. The Program Manager works closely with Client Engagement to help structure and craft incoming work and is comfortable collaborating with Clients at all levels.

Program Managers have steadfast attention to detail and an excellent track record of successful project launches and for being a reliable consistent source of strength and stability.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for project performance, including budgets, timelines, Client happiness, and quality for projects within a single Account and/or multiple Accounts
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project components to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and met
  • Proactively identify key “pivot points” and/or risks and partner with the project team to navigate these moments successfully while still meeting the project goals and objectives
  • Understanding of financial metrics, project profitability, and operational expectations for projects and accounts
  • Responsible for project and/or account documentation, including the creation of project plans, project forecasts, statements of work, and the communication of project statuses and key decisions in a timely manner
  • Effectively represent the Team, the work, and the Client point of view in all aspects of the project process
  • Partner with Client Engagement to effectively grow existing accounts
  • Foster and build positive relationships across disciplines.
  • Adopt and champion the POP values and promote a culture of inclusion and collaboration
What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of digital project management experience, preferably at an agency
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects from strategy and design to technical development and implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of project management tools, best practices, methodologies, and processes with strong organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solid client management experience and expertise
  • Ability to understand and articulate project requirements and dependencies
  • Ability to excel and adapt to a demanding, constantly evolving environment
