POP seeks an Office Manager to play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining company culture. We need someone who is excited to manage all types of tasks within the office from researching and owning vendor relationships to booking a venue, caterer and marching band for the company holiday party. We need someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and responds quickly, coolly, and calmly to inquiries, requests and concerns.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilities – Conduct regular workspace audits and oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Event Planning – Coordinate and lead events ranging from day-to-day client meetings to large-scale company and client gatherings; all are equally important and we want them all to look polished and professional
  • Manage day-to-day office supply orders, anticipating future office supply needs; restocking as needed
  • Manage budgets and tracking of related expenses
  • Manage and negotiate with vendors related to facilities and events
  • Lead the training and management of POP’s travel program
  • Coordinate welcome gifts for visiting candidates or visiting employees from other offices, as well as requested client gifts
  • Responsible for all aspects of creating and managing a safe and secure work environment
  • Submit and track all office requests relating to facilities, event coordination or general admin
  • Cover reception as needed, answering a not-especially-busy multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate contact; greeting clients, visitors and assisting with any meeting prep

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of office management or related experience
  • 2+ years of proven event planning experience (events for 100 plus guests preferred)
  • Proven ability to research and negotiate with external vendors
  • A high level of demonstrated service mentality
  • Prior experience managing direct reports preferred
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Loads of common sense, passion, responsibility, and confidence
  • A stubbornness for perfection and an entrepreneurial spirit to make it happen
