POP seeks a Senior Project Manager to help drive projects and program processes and actively manage client relationship on one of our Fortune 500 retail accounts. As a lead PM on the account you would provide client-facing oversight on a program level--understanding and communicating about team workload capacity and supporting Project Managers on your team.

You love details but also are able to see the big picture to help refine process and keep projects running smoothly and on-time. You love spreadsheets, burn reports, dashboards and thrive on providing top-shelf customer service. You serve as first point of escalation for project managers by helping to provide solutions as project challenges arise.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a primary point of contact for client-facing day-to-day program management.
  • Provide weekly detailed burn reports to the client to help them manage their budget spend.
  • Work closely with the POP resourcing team to appropriately scale the team as project work fluctuates.
  • Provide inputs and collaborate closely with account management and other program leadership to if adjustments are needed to budget and program processes.
  • Work with the PM team to refine and implement new processes and tools that increase workflow efficiency.
  • Help to mentor and coach other project managers on the program and provide onboarding to any new or temporary project managers coming on to the account.
  • Be a back-up for managing day-to-day project work.

What We’re Looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience leading project manager teams.
  • Ability to work with wide variety of creative team members including those working remotely.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-turn web asset production.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • English proficient level: 90%
